1 Is Mondial Assistance an insurance company?
Mondial Assistance is a provider of assistance, information and claims services without an insurance licence.
2 Who are Mondial Assistance’s business partners?
Mondial Assistance’s business partners are members of the insurance, banking, leasing, automotive and other service industries.
3 Can I buy Mondial Assistance services as an individual person?
You may not purchase our services directly. However, when you become a customer of one of our partners, you will receive our professional assistance services in their package offer.
4 Why don’t insurance companies offer assistance services?
Offering quality assistance services means being able to deliver complex service solutions, which cover not only the Czech and Slovak Republics but also the entire world. This means having the infrastructure to manage an extensive portfolio of service providers who are operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. For this reason many insurance companies do not operate their own assistance services but instead rely on specialised assistance service centres such as ours.
5 Do I need to worry about a language problem when I call for assistance service from abroad?
There is no reason for you to be worried about a language problem. When you contact Mondial Assistance you are directly connected to a Czech or Slovak speaking Assistance coordinator, regardless of the country you are in at the time.
6 Do I always reach an Mondial Assistance platform?
Mondial Assistance’s telecommunications equipment is very technologically advanced, and all telecommunication lines are backed up so the Mondial Assistance platform is always available to receive incoming calls from our customers.
7 How do Mondial Assistance´s coordinators answer incoming calls?
Our Assistance coordinators answer all incoming calls in our partners’ names, when our partners so require. When this is not required, our operators answer incoming calls in Mondial Assistance’s name.
