Who are Mondial Assistance's network providers?
As a member of Mondial Assistance group, we are supported by a worldwide network of 240 correspondents and 400,000 service providers. Each service provider is carefully selected and must meet the following criteria:   

  • 24 hour-a-day, year-round operational availability
  • non-cash payment acceptance
  • accepts Mondial Assistance's guarantees
  • provides services in assigned areas
  • follows assistance platform directions
  • provides services to all Mondial Assistance clients
  • aligns with Mondial Assistance´s Quality Charter
  • visible identification as an Mondial Assistance´s Network Provider    

Automotive

Mondial Assistance's network of automotive service providers includes companies with expert, confirmed experience in towing, on-site repair, rental car agencies, taxi companies, hotels when accommodation is necessary, parking companies, etc.

Medical

Medical service providers include specialised service companies providing repatriation services (with medical assistance, when necessary), taxis, ambulances, airline ambulance transport and others.

Home & Property

Mondial Assistance's network of home & property service providers includes such professions as electricians, plumbers, glaziers, roofers, and locksmiths, available 24 hours a day for urgent interventions. The network also includes various service providers for non-urgent interventions (general reconstructions, etc.).
